The future of humanity is a bleak, desolate place. Marvels of modern engineering, buildings tower above nearly every inch of available land, but remain empty as the death of the planet itself has caused widespread disease and decimated the population. Fearing the cancerous air, citizens remain indoors, interacting, however seldomly, with the inhospitable world they created through mechanized drones controlled through wireless neuro links.
